The workshop “First-Trimester Preeclampsia Screening and Prevention – From Theory to Clinical Practice” has successfully concluded, delivering practical scientific content that combined the latest evidence, clinical consultation, and hands-on training.
Under the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long and the expert faculty, participants were updated on the current principles and evidence supporting preeclampsia screening and prevention, as well as practical approaches to counseling patients and interpreting first-trimester screening results.
The hands-on training focused on standardized blood pressure measurement for screening, uterine artery Doppler assessment, ophthalmic artery Doppler evaluation, and the use of the FMF software for preeclampsia risk assessment. All practical sessions were conducted directly on the Voluson ultrasound system, enabling participants to strengthen the clinical application of these techniques in daily practice.
